Mátrakaland was born from two cycling friends in Pásztó who wanted to show that the western Mátra and the Cserhát — with their quiet forests, ridges and villages — are world-class riding country. And the ebike makes it accessible to everyone.

Sebastian
He has been riding the Mátra for 20 years and knows every trail by name. He started Mátrakaland to show that the western Mátra and the Cserhát aren't just for seasoned cyclists — on an ebike, anyone can experience what made him fall in love with this landscape. He leads every tour himself, always pacing it to the group, and loves sharing the stories and hidden corners of the region along the way. His favourite moment: when guests reach the top of Muzsla and the view leaves them speechless.
Our bikes
Our Kellys Theos P50 fleet is all full-suspension e-MTBs: suspension front and rear smooths out the forest trails, so even longer tours stay comfortable. Powerful Panasonic motors (95 Nm), 725 Wh batteries, every size (S–XL). Every bike is checked before every tour and rental.
Safety
Every tour includes a helmet, an intro session and a first-aid kit. Our guides are experienced and know the area well — but every route also has a shortcut version in case someone gets too tired.
