Sunset Tour in the Zagyva Valley
A short, beginner-friendly evening ride to the Hasznos reservoir — sunset over the water, riding back under lights.
Our easiest tour — and many say the most atmospheric. We leave Pásztó in the early evening and pedal the quiet roads of the Zagyva valley up to the Hasznos reservoir, just in time to watch from the shore as the sun drops behind the Mátra. A break on the waterfront: hot tea or chilled lemonade, depending on the season. On the way back we switch on the lights — rolling through the evening forest is the tour's secret highlight. If you've never ridden an ebike, pick this one first: short, flat, and guaranteed to leave you wanting more. Also makes a great date.
