Payment & conditions

No deposit required. The rental fee is payable exclusively in advance, by card, on this website — payment on site is not possible. Please bring a photo ID or passport for pickup. A helmet is included with every rental. Under 14 only with an adult.

Good to know for renters

•We fully charge the battery at the base. Use a lower assist level on long climbs and it will last the whole ride.
•Pedestrians have priority on forest roads. Slow down on descents — there may be forestry machinery behind the bends.
•Hunts may take place in autumn: observe the signs and stay on the marked trails.
•Check the sunset time before you set off, and be back before dark.
•Mobile coverage is patchy in the forest: download the GPX before you leave.
